I had a freaking hair in my sandwich.. stuck between two eggs.... :( And the "hot chocolate" was so nasty... it didn't taste like hot chocolate at all...dumped it out. Not going back there again!!! The only reason it got two stars is because of the hashbrowns. They were good.

Was on travel to Ft Meade. This place was fast and efficient, order was correct and staff was friendly. If only downtown Carlisle could get this.
Your average Dunkin. I docked one star due to the fact that the dark roast I order most is rarely hot and luke warm at best.
They need to get in touch with the Mount Airy location, they're much faster and efficient. My order here is also constantly messed up. I don't think anyone want regular sugar in an iced drink. Other Dunkin's automatically use liquid sugar for iced drinks, you don't have to specify liquid sugar.
Update on 11/6/17: Service here has really gone downhill. I have not been here once in the past 6 months where my order was correct. Something is always wrong or just missing all together.
