I was instantly welcomed as I came in the door. That's started my visit off nicely . Then Chelsea took over and from that point on it was a blur. I had many more problems with my phone than I knew about before I come in.
When it was all over I had a new phone, personal hotspot and five times to memory and I spent so much less than I thought it would be and I left much happier than I was coming in.
Pete and Ryan were very knowledgeable and patient with me in helping choose the right phone and plan. So convenient as they are right across the street from my office. Highly recommend!
