The employees are always really friendly, and they do a great job with my food. I love ordering from this place, and the one time that it wasn't absolutely fantastic, they actually worked with me to make it up to me. I rarely order from any other chain, let alone store. This is my home store, and I am thrilled to give them five stars for how they treat me, and my orders.

The progress bar on the site showed that the pizza had been delivered and yet an hour later, it hadn't .... There really is no point in having the technology if it isn't going to be accurate. The original online order said it would be 20 minutes and it too three times that long...
I ordered from them like twice and it was delivered to me just fine, by two different people. and then they know who I am already, now whenever i Order they cancel it and say that they have no one to deliver even though I am a good tipper. Now I am thinking they might have something against the color of my skin
